1. Cannabis-Infused Butter (Cannabutter)

Ingredients:

• 1 cup unsalted butter

• 1 cup ground cannabis (decarboxylated)

Instructions:

1. Preheat the oven to 240°F. Spread ground cannabis on a baking sheet and bake for 30-40 minutes to decarboxylate.

2. In a saucepan, melt the butter on low heat.

3. Add the decarboxylated cannabis to the melted butter.

4. Simmer on low heat for 2-3 hours, stirring occasionally. Do not let it boil.

5. Strain the mixture through cheesecloth or a fine mesh strainer into a jar and let it cool. Store in the fridge.

Ingredients:

• 1 cup olive oil

• 1 cup ground cannabis (decarboxylated)

• 2 tbsp sugar

Instructions:

1. In a saucepan, heat the milk over medium heat until warm.

2. Whisk in cocoa powder and sugar until fully dissolved.

3. Stir in the cannabis-infused milk and heat until warm, then serve.

Cannabis-Infused Milk:

1. Decarboxylate 7-10 grams of cannabis at 240°F for 30-40 minutes.

2. Simmer the cannabis in 2 cups of milk for 1 hour on low heat. Strain and cool.

4. Cannabis-Infused Salad Dressing

Ingredients:

• 1/4 cup cannabis-infused olive oil

• 2 tbsp vinegar (balsamic or apple cider)

• Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

5. Cannabis-Infused Popcorn

Ingredients:

• 1/4 cup popcorn kernels

• 2 tbsp cannabis-infused butter

• Salt to taste

Instructions:

1. Pop the kernels in an air popper or on the stovetop.

2. Drizzle the popcorn with melted cannabis-infused butter and sprinkle with salt. Toss to coat.
